Kamchatka law enforcement officers are establishing the identity of a woman who left a mountain of construction debris in the Pogranichny microdistrict in Yelizovo, the administration of the Yelizovsky municipal district told Kamchatka.Today.
It is reported that bulky and construction debris was brought in by truck and specially left next to garbage cans. This fact was recorded and transferred to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Yelizovsky district.
The district administration added that such actions by citizens result in significant costs for the district budget. Every year, millions of rubles allocated for landscaping, road repairs and the creation of new parks are directed to the elimination of illegal landfills. These funds could significantly improve the quality of life in the area.
