The active phase of large-scale construction of the «Three Volcano» resort in Kamchatka will begin in 2025. By the end of this year, the investor will receive permission to build facilities.
As the press service of the government of the Kamchatka Territory reported, in November, a resident of the ASEZ «Kamchatka» received positive conclusions from the Glavgosexpertiza for the first stage, within the framework of which the resort «Sopka Hot» will be built with hotels, a thermal lagoon overlooking the Vilyuchinsky volcano and a ski resort with a length of slopes 30 km.
The tourist infrastructure will be accessible to everyone, and thanks to the new road, which is being built using federal budget funds, residents and guests of the region will be able to get to the resort in an ordinary passenger car. The implementation of the project will increase the tourist flow to 600 thousand visits per year.
Tourist cluster «Park «Three Volcano» consists of 12 sites with natural attractions. It is expected that after the launch of the facility, types of tourism such as mountain and ski, expeditionary, and cruise will begin to develop even more here. The park received this name because it will be located in the area of the Mutnovsky, Vilyuchinsky and Gorely volcanoes with access to Vilyuchinskaya Bay.
The investor is the «Interros» group. It was previously reported that construction of the «Three Volcano» park in Kamchatka will begin in September this year.
