The ecological project “Life for Kamchatka salmon!” was launched a few months ago. The service “Save the salmon” was created on the portal of public services of the Kamchatka Territory. With its help, anyone could contribute to the conservation and restoration of the Pacific salmon population by paying for the cultivation of a certain amount of this fish.
The list of ecoproject leaders includes 15 participants: 10 residents of the Kamchatka Territory and other regions of Russia, as well as 5 representatives of the business community. The participants of the eco-project were invited to the Malkinsky salmon hatchery, where they were given a separate tour. They were also able to participate in the release of salmon fry into the Klyuchevka River.
