Summer routes in Kamchatka’s Bystrinsky Nature Park have officially reopened to visitors following the lifting of wildfire prevention restrictions within the specially protected natural area.
Thirteen destinations are now accessible to the public, offering access to the region’s unique landscapes. These locations include Pionerskaya Sopka, the White Cliffs, Lake Ikar, the Black Castle, Lake Ilmagan, Vulkashiki, Sinegorye, the Dygeren-Olengende volcano, Lake Galyamaki, the Dimshikansky Cordon, Snowboarders’ Canyon, Tupikin Klyuch, and Cheremshanka Stream.
Access to the protected area requires a formal permit. Visitors can obtain this authorization through the regional public services portal, the Green Button mobile application, or in person at the Volcanoes of Kamchatka administration offices located in Yelizovo and the village of Esso.
Travelers are advised to plan their expeditions well in advance – taking current weather conditions into careful consideration – and to strictly adhere to all environmental regulations governing protected natural territories.
