Bystrinsky Nature Park in Kamchatka has officially reopened its trails to the public following a prolonged period of severe fire danger. A strict ban on forest entry has been lifted – a safety measure previously implemented to mitigate wildfire risks – allowing visitors to return to the protected areas.
The reopening restores access to numerous summer routes throughout the park. Available destinations now include Pioneerskaya Sopka, White Cliffs, Tupikin Spring, Cheremshanka Stream, Lake Ikar, Black Castle, Lake Ilmagan, Volkashiki, Sinegorye, Mount Dygeren-Olengende, Lake Galyamaki, Dimshikansky Cordon, and Snowboarders’ Canyon.
Access to the nature park requires an official visitor permit. These passes can be secured digitally through the regional public services portal or by using the Green Button mobile application. Physical permits are also issued directly at the Volcanoes of Kamchatka administrative offices located in the municipalities of Yelizovo and Esso.
