The development, receiving substantial backing under Russia’s “Tourism and Hospitality” state program, underscores a strategic national push to enhance tourism infrastructure in remote yet ecologically rich territories. Construction is proceeding in two distinct phases. The initial stage, projected for completion in 2026, will see the establishment of thirty modular homes, each capable of hosting up to six individuals.
