During the spring hunting, which lasted in Kamchatka from April 16 to May 23, state hunting inspectors conducted 326 patrols and identified 48 violations, the regional Ministry of Forestry and Hunting told Kamchatka.Today.

“Most of the violations are related to the timing of hunting and the lack of permits and permits. As a result, 42 hunters were brought to justice,” said Vsevolod Voropanov, head of the ministry’s department.

The total amount of fines exceeded 80 thousand rubles. Four hunting rifles were confiscated from the violators. The hunted game went to the state’s revenue.

It should be recalled that during the spring hunting period, the extraction of waterfowl was allowed, as well as, for 10 days, stone grouse.

The terms of the spring hunting were divided into regions of the region, based on climatic conditions. In total, Kamchatka residents were given about three thousand hunting permits.
