Kamchatka Prosecutor’s office helped rural officials clean up a garbage dump

After the intervention of the prosecutor, a landfill of construction debris was removed in the Yelizovsky district, the KAMCHATKA-INFORM RAI told the supervisory authority.
An emergency house was demolished in the Koryak rural settlement. The resulting garbage was forgotten to be removed.
The prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit to force the village administration to liquidate an unauthorized landfill. The court supported him. The municipality has carried out cleaning work on the territory.
