In a northern Kamchatka village, a pack of dogs chased a lynx onto a pole

A lynx wandered into the village of Ust-Khairyuzovo, Tigilsky district. The dogs did not allow the forest alien to walk through the streets of the settlement, the KAMCHATKA-INFORM RAI reported.

Grouped into a pack, the local dogs drove the wildcat onto a wooden pole. A large lynx was waiting for the raid at the very top of the power line pole.

Seizing the moment when the dogs were distracted, the cat jumped off the pole into the snow and ran away. The domestic “hunters” gave chase. It is unclear how it ended from the video posted by residents of Ust-Khairyuzovo on social networks.

Recall that in the Vilyuchinsky Nature Park, dogs kept a lynx in a tree for several days. The animal was rescued by state inspectors together with an employee of the regional Ministry of Forestry, who, fortunately for the cat, were patrolling the territory. They drove the dogs away, after which the lynx was able to escape into the forest.
